Ship the Item: Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. CoolNariTech cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is lost in transit.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued as follows:
- Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Non-refundable Fees: Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- Restocking Fee: If the returned product shows signs of use, damage, or is missing parts, a restocking fee may apply or the return may be denied.

Note: Exchanges can only be processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
